About Me

Hi and welcome to Enlightened by Constellations!

I’m Liliana Lomeli, a compassionate and bilingual Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m a first-generation Salvadorian-American, born and raised in the vibrant and multicultural city of Los Angeles, CA. As the eldest daughter of parents who came to the U.S. seeking a better life, I grew up navigating two cultures—a journey full of challenges, joys, and everything in between. These experiences shaped my worldview and sparked a lifelong curiosity about human behavior and how our experiences influence who we become.

This curiosity led me to study sociology and pursue clinical social work, a path that has been both a professional calling and a personal journey. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Cal State University, Los Angeles, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan. I have over 10 years of experience working across outpatient, community-based, school-based, and private practice settings. I have walked the vulnerable path of therapy myself, and I am forever grateful for the guidance that helped me navigate life’s transitions and challenges. Yes, therapists go to therapy, too!

I am passionate about serving as a down-to-earth guide, supporting children, adolescents, families, women, and mothers in living authentic, fulfilling lives true to themselves. As your therapist, I’m dedicated to supporting you in developing self-compassion and nurturing meaningful connections.

IN MY FREE TIME, I ENJOY:

Spending time with my partner and two fur-babies, exploring nature, getting my peloton sweat on, listening to music, going to concerts, traveling, connecting with family and friends, and sipping on some cafécito or a matcha latte.
